ZOHR did excellent work including overcoming confusion generated by Michelin. Michelin failed to inform me that ZOHR is a mobile only service and would come to my location. One hour before my appointment Michelin called me and left a message seeking my location but repeated efforts to return that call failed because the number provided was out of service! ZOHR worked with me to arrange another appointment that same day.
