Tpms Sensor broke

I had 4 tires replaced on my car and was told by the technician that the tpms sensor was defective. And my check tpms light has been on ever since. I feel like I am due a refund of some sort since I have to get it fixed.

"I chose Zohr for the good reviews and reputation for not damaging expensive wheels. I set up an appointment to have 4 tires installed on a bare set of wheels. I recieved an email and a text on Wednesday at 9:30am confirming my desired install time of 9-11 am on Thursday. I took the day off and planned around being available during that time as I had other commitments to also take care of that day. I was notified at 8:30 in the morning that my appointment had been moved to 1-3pm instead. I called to find out what the issue was and was told that I should not have gotten the appointment time I requested and the best they could do was stick with the 1-3pm time or reschedule. I had to move my other commitments to a different day as I needed these tires today. The installer showed up shortly after 1 and did ok putting the tires on the wheels. However when I was installing the wheels to the car later I noticed that the installer failed to replace the valve stems. (Non tpms) For the price I paid I would expect new valve stems
